Trent and I would like to personally thank every one who either donated items, did preparation work, helped on the day of the event, or attended our 2nd Annual Cancer Benefit with 264 people in attendance.
The net revenue of the event was $5,882.90. Checks for $1,200.00 each went to: Lisa Nienow—Ovarian Cancer; Gina LaMacchia—Hodgkin’s Lymphoma; Steve Taylor—Kidney Cancer; and William Chaffo—Caretaker for Father with Kidney Cancer; and $1,082,90 to Mary Cummings. Thank you very much for |
nominating me as one of the recipients this year. We had nearly $9,000.00 out of pocket medical expenses that was not covered by the insurance company.
So again, thank you to so many who were a part of making a difference in a single person’s life. May you and your family be blessed with good health. |
